About
Bayona is run by Jo, who believes Holistic Massage Therapy should be experienced by everyone. Jo believes massage therapy isn't just about the physical aspect but also about tapping in to your emotional wellbeing to encourage relaxation on a deeper level.
At Bayona, you will receive a massage perhaps not like one you have before or are used to. All of the treatments will start and end with connection, grounding and the invitation to reach a deeper state of relaxation than perhaps you allow yourself. With cosy linens, soft music and aromas not to mention the techniques I use in the treatments like hot towels, stretching and finishing with a head massage.
I look forward to welcoming you into Bayona and taking you on a relaxing journey you will want to experience again and again.

Excellent massage experience from Jo at Bayona. Professional, friendly and personable. Taken to the room which is nicely done with a relaxing feeling, smell and background music. I had a long deep tissue massage that was effective and relaxing. Jo is perceptive and has got good feelings with her hands and fingers picking up the areas that need that extra attention. I will be going back soon and regularly, feeling good and smelling great 😃

Jo is an absolutely incredible therapist, who pays close attention to supportive elements which create a calming sanctuary, this makes the whole experience deeply nourishing and restorative. Eased tired muscles and mind! The facial package left my skin really clear, along with sleeping soundly.
