Wow! This was my first time at Bayona and honestly it was sooo relaxing! It felt like a spa but Jo really gets in to the muscles deeply unlike spas generally do it but its still soft and relaxing and I felt like a weight lifted off me - it was honestly amazing and I will booking in regularly for my routine massages! Thank you!!

As a massage therapist myself, it can be hard to find "your therapist" after experiencing so many different styles and techniques. Lucky for me, Jo is just down the road and I always look forward to my regular appointments. They're something I genuinely value, not just for keeping me feeling my best, but because looking after myself means I can look after my own clients too.

Jo has such a lovely, calm way about her and really listens to what's going on. She's brilliant at getting to the root of those niggles and areas of tension rather than just treating where it hurts and every treatment feels completely tailored to what I need that day.

I always leave feeling looser, lighter and like I've had a proper reset. As someone who does this for a living, I know how much skill goes into what Jo does and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and wants to help you feel better, Jo is fab.

I have had several full body massages from Jo Bayona holistic massage and can honestly say they have been the best ive ever had she listens to what you need and does every massage bespoke to your needs and when she's finished with her magic hands you feel like heaven. Its so relaxing.

Very rare I take time to look after myself, after today's massage I will definitely make time for some "me time" in the future". Jo is fantastic, lovely house with a very welcoming feel.
